At Enlight Minds we use a range of modalities to heal the mind, body and soul, and address the things that ‘HOLD US BACK’ in our lives or manifest into physical DIS-EASE.

By utilising Spiritual LIfe Coaching, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, or 5D NLP, we aim to help you to create a powerful shift in your life and to experience the deeper healing you need, to live your to its full potential.

Energy Healing is an umbrella term for any type of treatment, practice, or method that improves the body’s natural energy flow and restores or maintains a healthy balance throughout the physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Life is about balance.

In Chinese philosophy Yin and Yang represent all things that exist, as both inseparable and opposite forces. For example, dark-light, good-bad, sun-moon, masculine-feminine.

The self-help industry appears to push us to be happy, be positive, embrace our good emotions, live in the light, and offers strategies to somehow ignore our more negative emotions. These strategies, for most people, tend therefore to be short lived, as they are like a plaster on a gaping wound.

True healing comes when we acknowledge and heal the deeper feelings too:  expressing ‘negative’ emotions, doing the ‘shadow’ work, acknowledging the unhelpful and destructive patterns that we have accumulated throughout our lives.

The opposites of Yin and Yang attract and complement each other and, as their symbol illustrates, each side has, at its core, an element of the other.  If we ignore one, we cannot fully enjoy the other. For example, we would never appreciate ‘happiness’, if we had not ever experienced the opposite, ‘sadness’.

It’s not just people who are sick who need to heal, people who appear well also need more focus on staying well and preventing dis’ease.

“We have to learn to listen to the subtle whispers of the body” Dr Lissa Rankin, Mind over Medicine.

Every thought and every emotion has a direct impact our actual cell biology*.  We have all heard of the expressions ‘worried sick’, ‘heartbroken’ and therefore we all know that our mind and thought processes can make us physically unwell. Of  course then, the opposite is also true, that we can heal ourselves.

Whilst modern medicine plays a vital role in acute illnesses, we appear to have assigned full authority for our healing to the medical profession, and we have lost our ability to heal ourselves.  It is time to address the things that are making us ill, and to learn to self-heal again.

Trauma and negative experiences can affect the natural makeup of the body’s energy field and create an imbalanced energy flow throughout the body, also known as trapped emotions. By using energy healing methods, we can identify and release the energies and emotions that have become ‘stuck’ in our body and achieve a healthy, holistic balance.
