Reiki is a wonderful healing modality and if there was ever a time to utilise this powerful tool, it is now. Reiki is a brilliant way of healing the blocks that lower our immune systems and cause us to feel depleted. Everyone has Reiki energy within them, it’s our universal life force energy, but like muscles, we have to train them or we don’t get as much out of them. Learning Reiki can help you to learn how to heal yourself, and those around you.

Traditionally Reiki follows a step-by-step process passing through the First and Second Degrees, then the Master Practitioner and teacher level.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 or First Degree is where your journey with Reiki begins

The Level 1 course will give you an introduction to the philosophy, history, and theory of Reiki, and includes many practical exercises to boost your confidence in using Reiki.

The cost for Level 1 is £100

At the end of the course, you will feel the flow of Reiki, and be able to give treatments to family and friends, as well as use it for yourself.

Reiki Healing Level 2

Reiki Level 2 or Second Degree (Okuden) is where your journey with Reiki continues

Reiki Level 2 training and attunements focus more specifically on mental and emotional healing, as well as distant/remote healing. As a Reiki 2 practitioner, you will be given the Reiki symbols to create a more directed flow of Reiki energy, and have more tools to be able to treat the wider community and work in a professional capacity.

The cost for Level 2 is £145

At the end of the course, you will be more confident with your ability to feel the flow of Reiki, and you will be able to give treatments in a professional capacity, as well as offer distant healing.

The cost for booking Level 1 and 2 together is discounted to £220

Reiki for NHS and Social Care staff

Reiki is a wonderful complementary therapy. The benefits of Reiki are beginning to be recognised more and more and it is now widely used in the NHS alongside clinical treatment. Those in receipt of social care often have chronic aches and pains, or illnesses, and Reiki can help to decrease or manage these.

Both Health and Social Care staff who learn Reiki find that it has a huge impact on people in their care, increasing their quality of life.

To use Reiki in this capacity you must attend Reiki Level 1 and 2 training, therefore you cannot book these separately and must attend a whole weekend.

The cost for NHS and Social care Staff is discounted to £195

These courses are delivered on a Saturday and Sunday at the War Memorial Hall – 112 High St, Watton at Stone, Hertford SG14 3RZ.

You can either book both levels 1 and 2 together over one weekend or split them over the two course dates if you would like time to integrate level 1 first.

Alternatively, if you just want to book level 1 on its own or level 2 on its own, as you already have level 1, then that is fine too. (Please choose one set of dates for payment, then send an email and I will split the dates for you)
