Hi, my name is Jess, and I am an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Reiki Master and Life Coach. I have been on a journey of personal and spiritual growth and transformation for nearly 10 years. My own personal healing journey started with NLP in 2013. I have learnt so much along the way and have now developed a series of Training courses, and Coaching and Reiki packages, where I pull all of my learnings and experiences together, to share with you, so you too can benefit and make changes in your life.
